They also noted the intention of Indian public sector companies and Israeli companies to begin collaboration in the areas of metal air batteries for stationary energy storage systems and in solar thermal technologies, and urge industry on both sides to explore business collaboration in new energy technologies.

विशिट उपबंधों पर कोई निर्देश देने के बगैर, तथा जैसा कि पहले कहा गया, हमारा निरंतर यह आग्रह है कि जिन मुद्दों पर मतभेद हैं उनका समाधान हिंसा मुक्त परिवेश में वार्ता के माध्यम से किया जाना चाहिए तथा ऐसे ढंग से संस्थागत किया जाना चाहिए जिससे व्यापक अपनत्व एवं स्वीकृति संभव हो।”

63. We would urge both sides to engage constructively, in a spirit of partnership and mutual accommodation, so that the urgent needs of the people of the Northern Province, which has recently emerged from the throes of a thirty-year long armed conflict, are addressed with a sense of urgency and purpose.

हम दोनों पक्षों से आग्रह करते हैं कि वे भागीदारी और आपसी समझौते की भावना से रचनात्मक सहयोग करें ताकि उत्तरी प्रांत की जनता की तात्कालिक जरूरतों को तात्कालिकता और प्रयोजन की भावना से पूरा किया जा सके जो अभी-अभी 30 वर्ष लंबे सशस्त्र संघर्ष की वेदना से उभरी है।

64. We call upon all countries to fully implement the Paris Agreement adopted under the principles of the UNFCCC including the principles of common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, and urge developed countries to provide financial, technological and capacity-building support to developing countries to enhance their capability in mitigation and adaptation.

हम सभी देशों को यूएनएफसीसीसी के सिद्धांतों के अंतर्गत अपनाए गए पेरिस समझौते को पूरी तरह से लागू करने के लिए कहते हैं, जिसमें आम लेकिन विभेदित जिम्मेदारियों और संबंधित क्षमताओं के सिद्धांत शामिल हैं और विकसित देशों से आग्रह करते हैं कि वे विकासशील देशों को वित्तीय, तकनीकी और क्षमता निर्माण सहायता प्रदान करें ताकि वे शमन और अनुकूलन में क्षमता निर्मित कर सकें।

65. As the world’s largest democracy, India was amongst the first countries to welcome the 25th January revolution and the promise of genuine democracy in a large and important country like Egypt with which we have traditionally enjoyed close and friendly ties.India urges all political forces to abjure violence, exercise restraint, respect democratic principles and the rule of law and engage in a conciliatory dialogue to address the present situation.

विश्व का विशालतम लोकतंत्र होने के नाते भारत, ऐसे पहले देशों में शामिल था जिन्होंने 25 जनवरी की क्रांति और मिस्र जैसे विशाल एवं महत्वपूर्ण देश में वास्तविक लोकतंत्र के आश्वासन का स्वागत किया था। मिस्र के साथ हमारे पारंपरिक रूप से प्रगाढ़ एवं मैत्रीपूर्ण रिश्ते हैं। भारत सभी राजनीतिक ताकतों से आग्रह करता है कि वे हिंसा से परहेज करें, संयम बरतें, लोकतांत्रिक सिद्धांतों और विधिसम्मत शासन का सम्मान करें और वर्तमान स्थिति का समाधान करने के लिए शांतिपूर्ण वार्ता शुरू करें।

66. Three main characteristics mark these poems : a recurring reminiscent mood , a need to look back on the long path strewn with memories ; a widening horizon of thought and a deepening sympathy with what is commonly ignored , discarded despised , uninhibited by moral or social bias ; and a restless urge to explore to the farthest limits the possibilities of Bengali diction and rhythm and to draw uncanny music out of the seemingly discordant It would be wrong to imagine that these four books of prose - poems , remarkable as they are , mark , whether as an aberration or a further development ; a stage of no return , where Tagore ceased to be what he had always been .

इन कविताओं के तीन मुख्य रूप हैं - संस्मरणों की पुनरावृत्ति , स्मृतियों से समृद्ध , पीछे छोडे हुए दीर्घ पथ की ओर मुडकर देखने का आग्रह , भावनाप्रधान सीमाओं की विस्तृति तथा सामान्यतया अवहेलित , घृणित , त्याग किए हुए समाज के विधि - निषेधों को पार कर उनके प्रति सहानुभूति का भाव पोषण . तथा यह उनकी एक अदम्य इच्छा थी कि बंग्ला भाषा के शब्द समूहों तथा छंदों को उनकी अंतिम परिणति तक पहुंचाना तथा इनके तथाकथित विरूप स्वरूपों के बीच भी संगीतपरक संरचना की संभावना का पता लगाने का प्रयास करना . यह समझना कदाचित उचित नहीं होगा कि गद्य कविता शैली की ये चार पुस्तकें , चाहे ये अवरोध हों या प्रगामी या ढंग विकास उनका अंतिम पडाव बन गईं , जहां वे अपने स्वाभाविक रूप से लौट न पाए .
